if delays are encountered we will communicate via email to ensure your products will be getting to youÂ
Damages and issues
It is important that you inspect all items upon receiving them. Clear Conscience Candles will not be held liable for any orders that are damaged during the shipment process. If your order is damaged during the shipment process, please submit a claim to one of these delivery companies. (depending on which one your order was shipped with)
